Audited courses... am I fucked?

I am currently a senior in college looking into deferred MBA programs. In the past, I audited and ended up not passing a couple of courses. Since the courses were audited, this wasn't factored into my GPA, which is a 3.9, but I am worried that if the admissions officers see the audited courses on my transcript (specifically that I didn't pass them) and will instantly reject me. Do you guys think this matters?
