Baruch College vs Penn State
What would help me break into IB? I can afford both schools I just want to know hat sets me up best for the future.

Both are non-targets, so it'll be tough regardless. I'm from NYC and know baruch sends 5-12 kids to IB every year so you can definitely break in from there. Can prob say the same about Penn State, but I do know baruch has a huge location advantage and most of the kids there are sweaty and focused on careers, which could help you with understanding recruiting, etc.
