Bayes Business school for undergrad IB placement?
Anyone know if Bayes places well for IB recruiting in London? How does it compare to the other schools in London, e.g UCL, Queen Mary, Kings, LSE etc etc

It’s a low semi target with a lot of alumni. If you go hard on networking, you might get in, but it’s gonna be an uphill struggle. Basically, of the London schools:
Targets: LSE, Imperial, UCL, LBS (PG)
Semi-targets: KCL, Cass (barely though). Both are low semis compared to say Durham.
Everything else is non-target.

QMUL is a complete non-target. Bath is a more prestigious university and has a strong placement year programme; I’d argue it’s a better bet than Cass.

KCL is still a semi-target, by virtue of its location. And the quality of its international students is pretty good fwiw. Not sure what your issue is???
I do know LBS doesn't have UG lol... I included it for the purpose of including all London schools.
Hey, I would add UCL and Imperial are targets for STEM.
UCL is a target for pretty much anything at the UG level (while Imperial only offers STEM for UG). Agree that at MSc level UCL business school isn’t a target, but Imperial business is still a low target.
graduated (2020) From a London uni and have never heard of Bayes or met anyone at my US BB from there.
Would say at analyst level LSE/Imperial dominate London headcount - then a couple kids from UCL and KCL. No other London unis represented.
Outside of London obviously Oxbridge sends kids but besides that Durham >> everything else outside of London (Warwick is definitely a top favourite for other BBs but not at mine).
best shot is to hope you’re diverse and lgbtq+ then you can come from a shit school and be handed an offer on a plate

Imperial does not send many kids into IB compared to ucl. (Self selection though)
