BB MO/BO vs FO B-school Placement
I work in MO at a BB and planning on getting an MBA after a few years. How much less weight do adcoms at T10 schools give BB MO/BO positions like Wholesale Credit, Global Transaction Services, and Risk compared to the more competitive positions like IB? Do you still get a check for having a big brand for work experience or do they heavily factor in that these MO/BO positions recruit at lower-ranked schools and the work is pretty boring?
