BC MBA vs IE MFin
Hi guys,
i need little help, i have completed 2 levels of CFA and taking level 3 in june, i want to make a career in investment banking M&A. I have been working since 2 years in defense and aerospace business in corporate finance department wherein i have worked on 2 IPOs, couple of M&A transactions etc.
I have been accepted into BC for MBA and IE spain for masters in finance. few professionals suggested i complete IE and then head to boston college. Cost is not an issue for me. i wish to work either in london or NY.
please help me guys i have a deadline coming up.
Reapply to MBA programs next year. Retake the GMAT if need be, get some extra curricular activities, have someone help you edit your essays and get your story in order. Then reapply to better MBA programs that place regularly in IB.

Thank you for your reply.
I have started my own foundation 'Rise and Shine'...Managing All India Basketball Tournament 'SAVIO CUP' since 2005, and was playing basketball professionally. I have financial constrains so there is no way i can afford top B-schools. It would be of great help if you could suggest me either one or another alternative.
Thank you for your time.
BC may help some for NY jobs, but if you're an international student in U.S., it is always hard to get over the Visa bump. I'd put less hope into London jobs with it, but for Boston and NYC jobs you'd have chances.
IE may have some more influence in Europe, but you'll have to find out how the MSF is viewed in recruiting.... MSF is a stuck-in-the-middle, small market between MBA recruiting and UG recruiting.
I have also got admission to IE MiF 2015 intake . I have not been able to contact any alumni to gain their inputs. I am an Indian so would prefer working in an English speaking country post my grad school. I am awaiting my respose in Msc Managment from ESSEC France . What would you choose if you got both as I have to pay up IE by 5th June and get my ESSEC result also on the 5th June. Looking for a prompt reply
