Best IB schools to transfer to?

I am currently a freshman at a big southern state school, and I'm looking to transfer to a school with more of an IB recruiting presence, weather it be target, semi-target etc. I have great stats (4.0 GPA, roughly 1500 SATs, campus involvement, internships) , so I know I would be a competitive applicant at some decent schools, however most of the ones I have seen listed as target take below 5% of transfer students, if any at all. Does anyone know of schools with an IB background that are a little more transfer friendly?

Michigan Ross, UVA McIntire, UNCKF, USC Marshall, Berkeley Haas, NYU Stern, WashU Olin, Cornell Johnson. Generally, the top state schools will be your best bet.

Stern takes an extremely limited amount of transfers especially external transfers so would probably not waste an app there. I think their transfer rate is 1%
