Considering your background at a non-target I wouldn't focus too much on what the minor would be if you want to end up in IB, rather you should just focus on achieving a great GPA and good resume from work experience.

If you're asking for a good minor for learning better skills, I would suggest: - Stats - Math - Computer Science

These majors/minors generally have the best skillset to transition. Quant is always your friend.
