Best MSF Program for getting into IB
I just graduated from a good but non-target liberal arts school and I'm trying to get into investment banking. I have a fairly decent resume, econ major with a 3.8 GPA, an internship at a single-family office, and a summer semester at LSE. But the combination of a weak alumni network and starting the recruiting process too late made me decide to apply to an MSF program to boost my chances of breaking into IB. Vandy was my top choice but I got waitlisted and recently denied. But I was accepted to programs at WashU's Olin School of Business, Illinois's Gies School of Business. Still waiting to hear back from USC and Georgetown but I feel pretty confident about those after good interviews this week. My feeling is that I would get a fairly comparable education at any of those school so my decision is more based on the reputation/alumni network in IB. Also, I'm open to working anywhere my top priority is just getting my foot in the door. I would really appreciate any suggestions or insights. Thanks
