Best NYU Stern Residence hall for IB Recruiting?
Incoming freshman at NYU stern. Recently just chose NYU over Dartmouth. Wondering if there is any residence hall that would give me a boost in recruiting for investment banking or hedge fund roles? Thanks. Looking to get into a BB (think RBC, WF) after graduation.
I'm actually surpsied no one has asked this yet. I would say the one that allows you to be closest to the bankers. That way, you minimize the amount of time it takes you to spend time with them. Imagine being in Queens when you have to network. You have to make sure when you are not in classes or studying that you are talking to bankers and seeing what they are doing so you can bring it up in convos just not in a creepy way (trust me, I've been in my fair share of crreepy convos and thigs)
