Best options for transferring colleges?

Long time lurker of WSO. I've read almost every post on here about "target/semi-target" schools and transfer friendly schools but I'd like your advice on my scenario.

I am currently a sophomore at Arizona State studying Finance at the W.P. Carey School of Business. My GPA is a 3.5 and I'm vice president of a major club on campus (not finance related). I also work full time to support my education. I previously transferred from a local community college so I'm not sure if transferring twice will have any effect on admitance to grad school later on or anything else.

What school would you recommend I transfer to? I've been eyeing Baruch and Fordham (semi-targets at best from what I've read here), but Fordham will be very cost prohibitive. Would it be worth the debt if I attended that school? Or are there other better schools, I'm competitive for, that I don't know about?

My main goal would be IBD or S&T in NYC.

TBH in my interning experinece I've met like a combinded 10 (max) people from those schools interning & full time. If debt is a concern (which it was for me) I would recommend looking to large state schools that have good placement presence that are a bit more cost affordable (PSU, Ohio State, Michigan etc).

Can't say anything on the MBA front tho.

Thanks for the advice. Obviously I would be willing to shell out the cash if I got into a target school. Do you think I'm competitive for any of them? Can't really find any clear answers in transfer GPA.
