Best Part of B-School

For those who are in, or have completed full time MBA programs - can you touch upon some of the best parts/experiences of your two years?

As I begin to prepare for GMAT studying, I'm just curious in learning more about people's experience (less career oriented), and more about their social experiences etc. re: meeting people, being surrounded by like minded people.

Thanks in advance.

You know what I love about college girls?

There have been many great comebacks throughout history. Jesus was dead but then came back as an all-powerful God-Zombie.

The best part is all the travelling you'll end up doing.

The culture of b-school is one where people want to try (to an extent) to either re-live their college years or have the college experience they missed out on in undergrad, but this time they have money -- or at least, the expectation of making a lot of money -- to fuel spending habits you couldn't when you were in undergrad.

I'm applying to b-schools as well and have talked to lots of students and alumni from top schools. They all said the same thing. B-school is easily the best 2 years of your life. You're surrounded by smart, interesting, and accomplished people, most of whom are eager to meet new people and have fun. There's tons of unique travel experiences and doing stuff that you normally won't do. I'm really bored with my current social life even though I live in a huge city, so I'm really looking forward to going if I get in. The experience is easily worth the six-figure loans I will be taking out.
