Best path to Business School - Accountant

Hello, my background is 3.5 years in B4 audit, and I am currently <1yr in back office accounting/ops in a well known fund manager in a major metropolitan area. I have my CPA designation.

My goal is to ultimately make it to a top 7 BSchool and land an IB internship/FT role but I really don't know how it's possible with my background and feel like time just keeps ticking. I currently have options to apply to a FDD role in another B4, apply to a Pension fund analyst role at a prominent public company, or I could just stay in my role. Honestly lost as to what the right move for me is and how I should proceed with my career plans for Bschool.

Any advice or input would be great - thanks.
