Looking to transfer to a top school (H/S/W) Chances of me getting in are slim, but still possible Was wondering what other institutions offer crazy financial aid to poor people like me? HSW offer free full ride for families that earn less than 55k, I’m well below thet line, any other universities that implement similar programs?
