Best work exp for B-School?

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask you what do you believe would increase my chances for getting accepted into a top 10 MBA.

Data about me: -undergraduate student (3.0 GPA) w/ 2years Work exp at family business (22 employees as sales managee, whilst studying. -participated in a few very good local trainings and 1 international. -participated in 4 case study competitions (1st place in one of them) -living in an Eastern European Country

1st option: work 4 years at a small boutique management consulting firm (>30 consultants, active in 4 countries), whilst studying for a local, not very well rated MSc.

2nd option: same as option no.1 but employed at BIG 4 in, most likely, Auditing, with a probable transfer to Advisory in year 3.

3rd option: Work 1 year at the boutique consulting firm, after which I can study at a top 15 European MSc program in International Business/Management. After the program, work for 3 years at Roland Berger (good chances) and the do the MBA.

My goal is to get into Business School as soon as possible.

What would you choose if you were in my situation?

Thank you for your time.

Hmmm is it that easy to move from audit to advisory? Are you talking about that in a European context or American? Are you hoping to go to B-school in the US or Europe?
