I would go with Big 4 advisory in terms of relevant and quality of experiences (I am assuming by FO, you are going for IB), unless the MO group has a really good turnover rate into FO (which isn't very likely).
Again, I am assuming IB, if you are going for S&T, you might be better off with MO - if it would be supporting S&T and has a decent amount of interaction with an S&T group, since S&T often picks from a few more avenues than IB. Otherwise, I'd go with advisory and try to pick up as much experience as you can.
