Canadian High School Senior Who Needs Some Guidance

So straight to the point, Im a high school senior in Toronto, Canada who wants to become an investment banker. I realized this in February, so I didn't have the chance to apply for Ivey, & the general consensus seems to be that Ivey is the best school for IB within Canada.

I did apply to Schulich however, and was accepted, Schulich isn't a bad school by any means but Ivey is in another league compared to it. So my two options here are accept schulichs offer, work my ass off and if all goes to plan transfer to Ivey after 2 years. The other option is to take another year of highschool and apply to Ivey then. My friends say not to do another year of high school and that it makes me look like a dumbass, but as long as it helps me in the future I couldn't care less. I honestly don't know what to do, if you were in my situation what would you do?

Thank you, and stay safe!
