Canadian Undergraduate Student Organizing CFA Event Looking For Suggestion!

I am a sophomore at a Canadian university and am a CFA associate ambassador. I have to think of an appropriate gift for the 5 panelists who are coming. I was hoping to get suggestions for small gifts I should get them around a price of $65 CAD before sales tax. The panelists will be CFA members who work in the industry in the Greater Toronto area. In addition, I will have a budget for the buffet and refreshments that will range from $300-$375 CAD depending on how much funding we get. What kind of spread should I get at the buffet? Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
