Chances of a top 5 MBA?

what do you think my chances are for a top 5 MBA? I have a 4.0 from Harvard, I also published a paper which discredits modern economic theories. My father is the dean at Wharton, my uncle the dean at Stanford, and my other uncle was Dr. Black from the black-scholes model. I created the cure for cancer in my spare time as well as solved the hunger problem in Africa in the past two years (I feel that having no real ibanking experience might hurt me!!!!). I was the cofounder of facebook, myspace, and helped create google, although most people dont know this because I dont liek the spotlight. The thing i'm worried about, besides my lack of work experience the past two years, is I got a 790 on the gmat so im scared thats inexcusable. Oh I also played QB for harvard's football team, set numerous records, broke track records, and did crew. Please provide me with my chances as a percentage because what you guys say here directly correlates to the real world outcome and truths and a good chance or bad chance is too subjective to analyze.

To be honest, I dont think your background is right. Maybe apply to Stanford - they might be more accepting of your non-800 gmat. But my magic 8-ball says.. 3.14159

"published a paper which discredits modern economic theories." - that doesn't mean it's any good. where'd you publish it, in the opEd section of your school newspaper?

"My father is the dean at Wharton, my uncle the dean at Stanford, and my other uncle was Dr. Black from the black-scholes model." - wow, what a family of smart people. why haven't you done something to contribute to society as much as they have?

"I created the cure for cancer in my spare time as well as solved the hunger problem in Africa in the past two years" - great, but why are so many people still dying of cancer and starvation in Africa? don't tell me you actually lied on your resume.

"I feel that having no real ibanking experience might hurt me!!!!" - you're right to be afraid

"I was the cofounder of facebook, myspace, and helped create google, although most people dont know this because I dont liek the spotlight." - too bad, we look for leaders at our firm who aren't afraid of stepping into the spotlight. guess it's not a good fit from a culture perspective. and hint for next time--it helps if you can spell.

"I got a 790 on the gmat so im scared thats inexcusable." - too bad you're not perfect. we may have considered you otherwise.

"I also played QB for harvard's football team, set numerous records, broke track records, and did crew." - and that helps in banking how? you're certainly not going to have time given the committment required of the job to endulge yourself in all these extra-curriculars. you seem too unfocused.

after careful evaluation of your qualifications, we have decided that our current opportunities will not effectively utilize your skills and background. we're looking for someone of slightly above-avg intelligence and a hard worker who will kiss our asses and do whatever we say whenever we say it. while your qualifications are strong, we are unfortunately unable to extend an offer to you at this time or at any time in the indeterminable future.

thank you for considering our firm as a prospective employer, we wish you luck in using your many contacts to find a job. you're going to need it.

So are the "what are my chances" threads. What kind of response do people expect. More importantly, even if you WENT to a top 5 mba, no one has a CLUE about what theyre talking about unless they work for the school. Its just all rumors.

Given that you are related to the dean's of some top schools, you can't exactly sleep with them and blackmail them to get in. So I say no chance. Next app.
