Claremont McKenna MSF Program

I have the wonderful opportunity to basically interview someone very high up at Claremont. I have an idea of the questions I want to ask, but I want to open it up to all of you to see if you have any questions. Please post them here and I will try and include them in my Q&A session.

I will try and do the interview Monday or Tuesday to give everyone some time to come up with questions or suggestions.

Ask them about how they hope to expand the program in the future? It's still a young program, so I'm a bit hesitant about applying there for when the time comes.

Also, it's an MAF (not an MSF) and the program site says it stays true to Claremont McKenna's liberal arts background. With the increased emphasis on quantitative skill sets in contemporary finance, ask him what advantages an MAF might have over an MSF going forward and how he thinks the MAF will stay competitive over the math-based MSF programs.

Anthony, you nearly have shit hurled at you!

I saw the title for the thread and thought for sure it was blueadams (or whatever the guys name is) asking about whether this would be a good choice over masters at Duke and UVA.

I was prepared to bombard him with fecal matter.

Congrats on the being granted the interview. Is this for your blog?

ask about the relationships they currently have with financial institutions, the relationships they are actively trying to forge, and what their career services center is doing to make financial institutions aware of the Claremont McKenna MAF and give the program's students the best recruiting opportunities possible.
