Columbia MBA admission requirements page says that “a bachelors degree or equivalent is required”, what do they mean by that?
I mean what do they mean by “or equivalent required for admission to the MBA program”? I skipped college (normal in the UK) and instead took the ACCA qualification (Association is Chartered Certified Accountants) which is equivalent to bachelors and masters both (it’s fundamentals level is equivalent to UK bachelors and strategic professionals level is equivalent to UK Masters and I’ve done both). But I don’t have the traditional grade point average since all the exams were assessed through pass or fail (though percentage). Almost all decent MBAs in US have that “or equivalent” requirement for admission and I was wondering if they meant someone with a background like me. Will my application even be considered since I don’t have traditional bachelors? Thanks
