Connecting with admissions post-application.. bad idea?
A current HSW student I know connected me via email with one of the main admissions people (gatekeeper) at their program. I realize the timing on this isn't exactly great; they were supposed to send out the email in December but weren't able to. I'm not entirely sure how I should respond, given that I already submitted my app and don't want to make it seem like I'm trying to go around the app review/interview process..
Would appreciate any and all suggestions.. thanks!
