Cooked. Non ivey or transfer (EU)

I had AEO but due to some really unfortunate circumstances I lost it, chances of Ivey are looking pretty bad. I want to work in NYC in the future. If I don't get Ivey do I transfer, is it worth looking into the EU - Bocconi specifically, UCL is off the table, LSE seems very difficult, etc. and chances of getting into IB there? I heard the curriculum is very rigorous at Bocconi, and IB definitely will be harder to get into there, I think.
