Cornell AEM at CALS?

HI all, I am applying to college this summer and was wondering how you former Cornell students on Wall Street did at Cornell.

First I saw that on the CALS website, AEM is listed as a major with some prerequisite classes. How does taking AEM at CALS work? Is it competitive or offered at both schools?

I also wanted to ask how hard is it to transfer to A&S from CALS once you are a matriculated student at Cornell.

Finally, my last question is how hard is it to break into finance and consulting (EB/BB and MBB/T2/Big4) from the non-A&S schools at Cornell? For example, Hotel, CALS, and ILR.
