Current MBA (T14) - OK to recruit for analyst instead of Associate?
Career pivot from Ops mgmt for 4 yrs. Have a chance to get a decent Middle Market Associate role but I want to break into a Big 3 and I think it seems feasible as analyst. I know its taboo but what are your thoughts on it?
