Deloitte S&O (US) + Engineering/Defense work experience
I have an engineering degree with a few years of work experience at a top defense contractor. I left engineering and gained a few years of management consulting experience at Deloitte S&O - now a Sr. Consultant. Assuming a GPA of 3.3 and a 720+ GMAT, do I have a shot at HBS, Columbia, Wharton? Is this profile common and a good match for these schools, or are there tons of similar applicants to these schools? Do any of the M7 value Deloitte S&O more than the others?

Likely no on HBS and Stanford. Shot everywhere else with a good GMAT and good applications.
S&O is fine for H/S... a 3.3 GPA is not. You should be fine for the other M7's. I'd go for closer to a 740 GMAT too, as you don't want to be below average on both GPA and GMAT. A bit more leeway if you're fully sponsored.
