Do I have a good shot at LBS MFA or LSE Msc Finance?

• GRE: 332 • Previous Msc in Business & Finance from WBS • 1-year exp. as an Investment Analyst in Ldn (PE fund) • Bsc in Finance with Distinction (3.6/4.0 GPA) from Lebanese American University

I'd appreciate insights, especially on how my prior Msc might affect my chances. I see the MFA or Msc in Finance from LSE as a chance to step up and get into BB IB in London

Good shot I’d reckon…what did you get in your previous Msc. Though? If distinction I don’t see why not

Wait why do you want to do a Master now when you are already working? Or did you do some kind of placement?

Quite now its quite tough but if things get better again you should def have a shot at most BBs with work experience in PE, given the fund is not the smallest of the small unknown funds.

  • I’m only targeting LBS or LSE to actually have a bigger name on my resume as well. Wouldn’t make sense to do another masters if it was somewhere else
