Document reconciliation with the undergraduate institution
Hey folks! Do universities with master studies do a document check-up (reconciliation) with the original undergraduate institutions that have issued final diplomas? I am talking about the cases when application got a positive response and during the startup period of studies students have to bring their original BSc diplomas to the unis? Is it the case of a simple check-up with an initially scanned version that has been sent when applying?
Thank you for responses!
Forgot to add - this is the case when applying to Masters with already having a BSc diploma in hand
Absolutely, when I applied to my grad program, they initially asked me to submit my transcript and diploma via PDF. After I was given the acceptance offer, they later made me bring in my original diploma and a sealed version of my transcript from my undergrad, and called my undergrad uni to verify all my grades and that I graduated.
