Does Oxford accept at it's minimum requirements?
It's stated on the Oxford website that for its MFE program, "You should have a minimum of a 2.1 (3.5 GPA) or its equivalent." Would they actually accept at such a score? Seems like a low requirement, relative to the caliber of the university.
