Double Transfer into Ivy

Hey everyone,

I'm a sophomore at a top 30-40 school in the U.S. (think BC, BU, Tufts). I transferred here from a smaller liberal arts college to improve my chances of breaking into investment banking. But over the past year, I've started to think about aiming even higher—maybe applying to an Ivy, Stanford, UChicago, etc.

I feel good about my chances of landing an IB role from my current school, but part of me wants to go for it and see if I can make it into one of these top-tier schools. Do you think transferring a second time would be fine or hurt me overall?

Thanks!

How would this work? Aren’t you already a sophomore? By the time recruiting starts I imagine you won’t know whether or not you have been admitted, so how would I make a difference?

Ps if this is not the case, DO IT! Even 1 year at a Stanford is remarkable
