Duke MMS, UVA Ms Commerce Advice

My little brother is graduating from a non-target, and want's to go into consulting. My parents are covering his costs so I'm trying to help him with his decision.

I did some research on the programs and their employment reports, but coming from Banking-->VC I feel like people in his target industry or people familiar with the program could help here.

He got accepted into:

Duke MMS program

UVA McIntire Ms. Comm (Finance Track)

Kellogg MSMS

Does anyone have opinions on the programs, and their outcomes?

From a brand standpoint, Kellogg seems the best choice but the lack of an employment report bothers me. From reading the report I am inclined to recommend Duke Fuqua as the report is detailed and the school has a strong brand, but UVA's employment report mentions some good employers but is not as granular and it also shows the last 4 years not a snapshot of the most recent class.
