Duty of Trust

Monkeys, Im racking my brain on this one. This is a practice question for the Series 79, I do not own this question.

Q: An individual is LEAST likely to owe a duty of trust with regard to material information in which of the following situations?

A. Corporate information is communicated to him by a spouse B. He has assured the communicating party that the information will be kept confidential C. The information was learned while he was meeting with a client of his employer D. The information was shared by a neighbor who is CEO of a corporation, and because you have earned his trust, he regularly shares confidential information with you

What do you guys think? I thought it was D because quite simply your neighbor could be anyone thats likes to talk to you. The duty of trust assumes that the relationship presupposes that sharing of confidential information cannot be acted upon or shared further.

The correct answer is A...
