Do engineering students get more slack when it comes to their GPA?
In the vast majority of schools a 3.5+ in Engineering is a lot more difficult than say in a BComm. What's the GPA threshold for engineering students?
Honestly no because GPA minimums are often enforced by a computer.
I agree with the above poster if you're applying online.
With that said, there's many engineers within S&T and the number is growing. So I think it is a valued major, especially if you approach it by networking rather than simply applying online.
