European Lawyer to MBA to IB

Hi all!

I am an thirty-something European Lawyer (tax and regulatory experience) and I have been admitted at a Top MBA (think Wharton/Booth/CBS). I want to make a transition to Finance (I know how to count).

As a general question: What recommendations do you have for me to successfully make the transition?

Do you think there are some groups that may be interested in some skills developed as a lawyer?

I have good knowledge about the Energy and Utilities Sector, contract law, public law and tax. I had thought about Restructuring. What do you think?

Thanks in advance.
