European Looking for a Masters in Finance Program in the US

I have completed a Bachelors of Art degree in Business Administration in 2004. Having had 8 yrs of experience /BM - Global Financing, Morgan Stanley - Asset Management, and Centrica (UK Utility) Hedging downstream electricity portfolio/ now I am hoping to look for a specialized master degree in finance in order to advance my career.

I live and work in the UK so my first choice is London Business School - masters in finance program. But I am considering to undertake a full time (1 year) masters program in the US. I prefer masters to MBA, and I am looking for a program that caters for post experienced students with good networking opportunities.

Also, rather than looking at purely mathematical/quant financial engineering programs I am more interested in solid financial knowledge with the opportunity to learn some quantitative skills.
Any recommendations?

I'd still aim for something in the UK or Europe. If you insisted on the US I believe George Washington University is more of a professional MBA. Rochester has a program in NY that is more for mid-career professionals, but it is at night/weekends vs. Full time during the day. BC has a lot of local professionals in their night time MSF.

I would say apply to MIT because of the brand and alumni network even though someone with your experience will be the outlier there.
