European Work Experience for Top American MBA

Would working abroad in Europe pre-mba for 2-3 years in the financial services industry (and speaking multiple European languages) make one's application to H/S/W more attractive, all else constant (3.5 UG GPA, 750 GMAT) I am dual-citizen.

My thinking is that these top programs like seeing a bit of diversity, not only culturally, but also experience-wise and geographically. I know that admission into these programs is uber competitive and I am trying to figure out ways to set myself apart.

What do you all think?
