Fairfield University For IB

Hello WSO,

I am a high school senior from New England and I will be attending Fairfield University in Connecticut this coming fall for Finance. I will probably attempt to transfer after my first year there, though I am still very impressed by the school's career opportunities –– especially given its location near NYC.

I was wondering if anyone could speak to the reputation of the school or knows people from Fairfield on the street?

Specifically, even if I am someone who is hungry and genuinely passionate about finance, would I have a fair shot at breaking into NYC IB from Fairfield?

Or, maybe my best bet is just to focus on transferring? Any insights or feedback whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
