I'd go with the BB. Better name and I am more privy to Asset Management. I guess it all depends on your endgame.
Try posting this on the asset management forum.
you risk doing FOF work at the BB AM arm..which is pretty bad for your career as you don't gain any useful transferable skill. If you really want AM, look at HF or the top traditional AM houses like Fido, Wellington etc in the investment organization

I think the GS name would help you better than the Harris Williams name, for sure. Namebrand is everything.
Name brand isn't everything... but a position with GS in their AM arm will probably serve you better in this case given your long term career goals. Ordinarily, take the opportunity with the best experience assuming that brands are comparable.
