FP&A SA....should I study for GMAT?

I’m a second semester junior at a non target university with some really decent undergrad stats. varsity athlete, 3.91 GPA, good internships, community involvement etc...

that being said. I missed my shot at banking simply because I was ignorant to the fact of how insane the process was and was too late to the game already.

I wanted to know what are some things I can do to get myself into banking at this stage? I am not a great test taker so I am a little but anxious about the GMAT. willing to work for it but if there are other ways in at this point I would love to hear some opinions.

how much of your MBA application rests on the GMAT? what about the GRE? should I start studying now?
