Funny how it works...

I posted a job at some top 10 schools looking for unpaid interns for my new non-tech online startup. Almost immediately I started getting some very impressive resumes from people that are extremely overqualified ie.. have JDs from top Law Schools with Big law experience, MBA students, etc..

The irony is that I really want to go for an MBA myself and be in their shoes, yet they don't mind taking a short term unpaid internship and come work for me in order to boost their resumes. I know I'm not alone because I have a friend that runs a cupcake biz (it gets press coverage) and he gets resumes from H/Y grads.

Kinda funny how it works..
