Getting a recommendation from the management - What to tell them

Hey guys, Im applying for a programme of my University, and i do need recommendations for this.

Here is my situation:
-I am working since 6 months, and I want to start the programme paralelly to work
-i do perform good, my managers have a good impression on me, but im not a slimy guy and i hate to slime around
-i am working at a BIG4

I will get around 5 recommendations from professors
BUT
I do also need recommendations from my "working environment"
Question:
- who to ask for the recommendation?
--> the manager ( they are not at the very top, but higher as seniors and enough in contact with me to judge my work)
--> the partner (i doubt he even knows my name - but maybe he would talk to managers about me and the recommendation)
-how should i ask the person
--> how much text should i write
--> what kind of information should i give him/her
- university transcripts ?(i dont wanna bragg around, but i think they need to know a little bit more than just the fact that i can do gruntwork)
-how can i maximize the impression in the next couple of weeks, does someone know how to apply achoring techniques at work?

thanks for any useful tips and hints!

kyleyboyThis is something you will need to approach the people about in person. You can't just email someone about something like this. That is weak.

I absolutely agree. thx for pointing that out

I was already so far beyond the point of no return that I couldn't remember what it had looked like when I had passed it.

I'll do what I can to help ya'll. But, the game's out there, and it's play or get played.
