Going to college multiple times?

Don't know which forum to post this in but...

I was wondering if it's possible to go to college multiple times. I like learning and eventually want to have an in depth knowledge in other fields, like computer programming which I currently have no background in.

Do graduate schools have beginner courses or do they expect you to know some stuff already?
