GPA Conversion for caribbean student

I am from the anglophone Caribbean looking into MBA and MFin program in the USA. I notice most top business schools have a average GPA of 3.5 or greater. My university's grading system is a hybrid of the US and UK system, so I have a upper second class honours degree in Economics and Statistics with a GPA of 3.6/4.3.

Can someone advise on how I would convert this to the USA equivalent?

And if there is no need for a conversion how will schools in the USA view my grade?
