GS/MS --> MM PE --> Chances at HSW?
Title says it all really, I'm currently an associate at a MM PE fund in NYC after spending two years in a good group at GS/MS. My impression is that almost all the PE spots at the top b-schools are reserved for guys at megafunds and it's extremely difficult to get in otherwise. Anyone have any thoughts on how to maximize my chances? I have a 3.9 GPA from a good, non-ivy school and a 750 GMAT. Thanks
Shoot for M7. It's good enough to get into HSW, but it's never guaranteed.
