Source: I spoke with two people who received HBS 2+2 offers. The HBS interview is definitely more intense than S/W and other M7, as shown by the fact that it is ad-com people exclusively who run the interviews, not alumni, and it is all 1:1 where the interviewer has already seen your resume. Make sure you know your resume down cold, and have explanations of "why" for every line on it. For example, if you went from a startup you ran one summer to a big F500 the following summer they may ask you why you did that and what differences you noticed. The interview will likely fly by, so be prepared to answer lots of questions and stand up for yourself, you were qualified enough to get the interview so there is something about your profile they already like! If you look up HBS 2+2 interview experience online there are a few recent posts on some of the popular MBA forums about it too (not sure what I can link here).
