I have a friend who just graduated from HEC. He was really satisfied and told me the program was demanding. He found very easily his job in Montréal. Financial engineering at HEC Montréal is great if you want to stay there or in Canada but it doesn't have the reputation of others institutions if you want to export yourself. If you already know you want to work in Europe or in the US try to apply to a more internationally recognized program or better the best program in your future work location.

oh so the hec montreal is not well named overseas, but since the program is offered in french, i thought i could have some chances to go through european markets. Thanks dude!.
