+1, worked with a pretty sharp dude from Dayton and he echoed the same. Seemed to have a much easier time than I did getting IBD offers, despite coming from a comparable school and having more relevant experience.

Just a general note, Ohio banks like Key and 5/3 tend to do a fair bit of local recruitment. These aren’t bad places to land and Ohio State and Miami seem to punch above their weight.
