How common is it for employers (F500 generally speaking) to pay for someone's MBA in return for guaranteeing x years of service in return? I know some offer some tuition reimbursement, but I wouldn't really plan on dropping $150k for a solid program (not M7) when the opportunity cost is really $250-300k and I already have a Master's/CPA.
