How does a background at Bloomberg look for MBA

I am joining Bloomberg's Financial Product Sales and Analytics team in NYC. I originally wanted IB but I took this job for the decent pay with a great work life balance. I want to eventually go to a strong business school, ideally I would want to do part time at Stern while working for Bloomberg. I come from a complete non target in NYC. I have had really good internship experience thus far and should have around a 3.7 when I graduate. If I do well on the GMAT and get around a 700, have a 3.7 UG, and a couple years at Bloomberg would I be competitive for MBA programs such as Stern or better? I am assuming I probably will not get M7.
