How good is NYUAD in placements in IB straight out of college? Is it better than a LAC like Colby, Lafayette or Skidmore?

Is NYUAD good for IB and would it be better for an international student than mid-level LAC's in the US to start a career in Investment Banking? How good do mid-tier LAC's place on Wall Street if a student is actually willing to put in effort to network? Networking with IB people at the LAC's or NYUAD won't be a problem. Which option would you choose? And, how difficult would it be to get a job in the US with a degree from NYUAD?

They do hire but not for their US offices. The only way you can work is on an H1B which will have a 30% success rate and it's a literal lottery. Even International students studying in the US w 2-3 year work permit(OPT) are auto dinged at half the Banks due to their status. There's no way they'd take a chance on someone outside the US. Not even someone who went to Oxford/Cambridge and isn't a US citizen.Among the schools you mention, Colby is in a different league and has decent recruiting from a bunch of banks. You'd be way better off there.
