How quickly is interview feedback submitted?
I had an on-campus interview with a non-adcom and I did not do so well. I thought I was prepared but got some surprising questions I didn't expect and I didn't come across as articulate. Some of my answers were very short and vague at times. I definitely got the feeling coming out of the interview that it didn't end well.
Regardless, I sent a thank you note the next day after I got back home. I wasn't able to send it that night so I sent it the next day around noon. I think I wrote a good thank you letter and I'm hoping it was read before the feedback was submitted.
For my school, invitations to superdays after OCR first rounds are usually given the same night, especially for IBD positions. Rejections typically take longer.
